harvest Experience & Grape Fruit Roll making Experience:
Enjoy
picking sweet grapes in September with Bookagri farmers. Then learn how, after
extracting the grape’s juice, to boil the juice and add a mix of whole wheat
grain flour with little water to the boiling mix with black Aleppo Pine and
pouring the mix over white sheets to be left to dry under the sun. You can taste a previously made grape rolls
that is called Khbiesah since the one freshly done needs three days until it is
dry enough to be removed of the white sheets. You can also learn how to dry
grapes into raisins too. This experience is followed by a traditional meal with
a great cup of tea and Arabic coffee.
