Tree planting is a great family activity that teaches kids and adults about responsibility and the importance of caring for the environment. It is a great way to add more trees to our woodlands and create hope for a better future. As the saying goes, the best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago and the second best time is now. At this community garden you will be guided by the forest rangers and taught everything you need to know to successfully plant a tree. You will then get to sit back and enjoy a breath of fresh air while sipping your cup of traditional tea to reward yourself for making a difference in the world.
This activity takes place only in October after the first showers of rain.
